It’s easier for me to tell you what to do, but for me to do it myself, that’s a whole different story and level of mental power. I was able to do it with patience and never skipping a step. I started by leading myself, by being the example for myself first. I was tired of feeling tired, I had to accept where I was in life and then refuse to accept it. I made sure, I am the example first.. I wrote down a simple plan “do one thing for one year”. After that year, I had master the habit of putting my phone down. I was comfortable making a plan for next year without having all the answers. Which introduce me to INTENTION and helped me set one goal “become a good communicator” in four years.
